THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Change Management certification is awarded by APMG International and is based on The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook and the Change Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge. It is available at Foundation and Practitioner levels. Over two days you explore people- and organisation-level change, stakeholder and communication planning, and practical change management activities. You will work through a case study, create artefacts such as impact assessments and stakeholder maps, and apply models (including ADKAR and Kotter) to real scenarios. The Foundation exam is a closed-book, 50-question multiple-choice assessment lasting 40 minutes with a 50% pass mark. Exams can be taken online with remote proctoring or at test centres. Foundation certificates do not expire. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
