Important Notice
This Refund Policy applies to all courses and services purchased from MindClick Consulting. Refund terms may vary by region (United States, UAE, India) and service type. Please read carefully before enrolling.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 Standard Refund Window
Full refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation request made at least 14 days before the course start date
- No course materials have been accessed or downloaded
- Written cancellation notice submitted via email to info@mindclickconsulting.com
- Refund processed within 10-15 business days to original payment method
1.2 Partial Refund
Partial refunds (50% of course fee) are available if:
- Cancellation request made 7-13 days before the course start date
- Processing fee of USD 50 / AED 180 / INR 4,000 will be deducted
- No course materials have been accessed
2. No Refund Conditions
NO REFUND will be provided in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request made less than 7 days before the course start date
- After the course has started or first session attended
- Course materials, videos, or resources have been accessed or downloaded
- Exam vouchers have been issued or claimed
- Certification or completion certificates have been issued
- For courses marked as "Non-Refundable" at time of purchase
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
- Bundle packages or special offers
- Corporate training programs (subject to separate agreement)
3. Region-Specific Policies
3.1 United States
California Residents: Per California Business and Professions Code, you have the right to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund:
- Before midnight of the 7th day after enrollment
- After the start of the course if instruction has not yet begun
- If you do not receive the course materials within 30 days of enrollment
Other US States: Standard refund policy applies with 14-day full refund window.
3.2 United Arab Emirates
Per UAE Consumer Protection Law:
- Full Refund: 14 days before course start date
- 50% Refund: 7-13 days before course start date (AED 180 processing fee)
- No Refund: Less than 7 days or after course commencement
- VAT: VAT (5%) charged on all courses will be refunded with the course fee
3.3 India
Per Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
- Full Refund: 14 days before course start date
- 50% Refund: 7-13 days before course start date (INR 4,000 processing fee)
- No Refund: Less than 7 days or after course commencement
- GST: GST (18%) charged on all courses will be refunded with the course fee
- Consumer Forum: Disputes may be escalated to National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
4. Service Type Refund Policies
4.1 Live Virtual Training
- Standard refund policy applies
- If technical issues prevent access and we cannot resolve within 48 hours, full refund provided
- Alternative: Free rescheduling to next available batch (see Rescheduling Policy)
4.2 Classroom Training
- Standard refund policy applies
- If class is cancelled by MindClick Consulting, full refund OR free transfer to next batch
- Venue change by organizer: Free rescheduling option available
4.3 Corporate Training Programs
- Governed by separate agreement/contract
- Typically: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before start
- Partial refund (50%) if cancelled 15-29 days before
- Consult your corporate agreement for specific terms
4.4 One-on-One Coaching
- Unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata if cancelled 7+ days in advance
- Individual session cancellations require 48-hour notice
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are non-refundable
4.5 Exam Vouchers
- Non-refundable once issued
- Must be used within validity period (typically 1 year)
- Subject to certification body's terms and conditions
- Rescheduling exam appointments is subject to certification body's policy
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund

- Include: Order ID, Course details, Reason for cancellation
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Verification: We will verify eligibility based on this policy
- Approval: Eligible refunds will be approved within 3-5 business days
- Processing: Refund processed to original payment method within 10-15 business days
5.2 Required Information
- Full name and email address used for registration
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Course name and scheduled date
- Reason for cancellation
- Preferred refund method (if different from original)
5.3 Refund Timelines
- Credit Card: 10-15 business days
- PayPal: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 15-20 business days
- Note: Timelines may vary based on bank and payment processor
6. Course Cancellation by MindClick
6.1 If We Cancel
If MindClick Consulting cancels a course for any reason, you will receive:
- Option 1: Full refund of course fees (100%)
- Option 2: Free transfer to the next available batch
- Option 3: Credit toward another course of equal or greater value
6.2 Minimum Enrollment
Some courses require minimum enrollment numbers. If we cancel due to insufficient enrollment, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance and offer the options above.
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical Emergency
In case of documented medical emergency or serious illness:
- Submit medical certificate/doctor's note
- Full refund OR free rescheduling (no processing fee)
- Valid for up to 24 hours before course start
7.2 Force Majeure
Events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions):
- Course postponement without penalty
- Alternative delivery method (virtual instead of classroom)
- Full refund if alternative is not acceptable
7.3 Dissatisfaction with Course
We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with the course quality, contact us within 7 days of course completion with specific concerns. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refund, free retake, or alternative resolution.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees and administrative charges
- Exam vouchers once issued
- Third-party certification fees
- Downloaded course materials and resources
- Completed courses or attended sessions
- Promotional or deeply discounted courses (unless stated)
