What certifications will I receive?

Upon successful completion, you will earn the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) 6.0 certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. and an AI Strategy Implementation Certificate from MindClick Consulting. The SAFe LPM certification is globally recognized and demonstrates your expertise in portfolio-level agile practices.

Do I need prior SAFe experience?

While prior SAFe experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The course starts with foundational concepts before advancing to LPM-specific topics. However, you should have 5+ years of leadership experience and a solid understanding of agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).

Do I need a technical background for the AI module?

No, you do not need a technical AI/ML background. The AI in IT Strategy module is designed for business and IT leaders, focusing on strategy, governance, and organizational implementation rather than technical data science or coding. We explain AI concepts in business terms.

Is the SAFe exam included in the course fee?

Yes, the USD 5,500 course fee includes your first SAFe LPM 6.0 certification exam attempt. You also receive one free retake if needed within your 1-year exam eligibility period. All exam fees are covered—no hidden costs.

What is the exam format and passing score?

The SAFe LPM 6.0 exam is a 90-minute, web-based test consisting of 45 multiple-choice questions. The passing score is 35 out of 45 (77%). The exam is closed-book and proctored online. You can take the exam during the course or within your 1-year eligibility period.

What materials are included?

You receive the official SAFe LPM 6.0 Participant Guide, our proprietary AI Strategy Playbook (200+ pages), digital templates for portfolio management and AI roadmaps, case study library, and lifetime access to updated materials. Physical materials are provided for in-person sessions; digital versions for online sessions.

Can I attend this course online?

This course is offered in classroom format in Dubai and Oman for March 2026. We focus on in-person delivery for maximum interaction, networking, and hands-on workshops. If you require online delivery, please contact us to inquire about future online cohorts.

Is this course eligible for PDUs?

Yes, this 5-day course (40 contact hours) is eligible for 40 PDUs for PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, etc.) in the following breakdown: 32 PDUs in Technical Project Management and 8 PDUs in Leadership. You can claim PDUs through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) system.
