Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our rescheduling policy provides flexibility to move your training to a date that works better for you, subject to availability and reasonable notice.

1. Standard Rescheduling Policy

1.1 Free Rescheduling

ONE FREE rescheduling is allowed if requested:

  • At least 7 days before the original course start date
  • Written notice via email to info@mindclickconsulting.com
  • Subject to availability in alternative batch
  • Must reschedule within 6 months of original course date
  • No change in course content or level

1.2 Late Rescheduling (With Fee)

Rescheduling requests made 3-6 days before course start:

  • Rescheduling Fee:
    • • USD 75 (United States)
    • • AED 275 (UAE)
    • • INR 6,000 (India)
  • Subject to availability
  • Fee must be paid before new batch confirmation

1.3 Very Late / Emergency Rescheduling

Requests made less than 3 days before or after course starts:

  • Generally not permitted
  • Exception: Medical emergency with documentation
  • High rescheduling fee: 25% of original course fee
  • Subject to management approval

2. Multiple Rescheduling Attempts

2.1 Second Rescheduling

After your first free rescheduling, additional changes incur fees:

  • 7+ days notice: USD 50 / AED 180 / INR 4,000
  • 3-6 days notice: USD 100 / AED 365 / INR 8,000
  • Maximum 2 total reschedulings allowed

2.2 Third Rescheduling

Not permitted except in extraordinary circumstances (approved by management). If approved, rescheduling fee is 30% of original course fee.

3. Course Type Specific Policies

3.1 Live Virtual Training

  • Most flexible option
  • Multiple batches available per month
  • Standard rescheduling policy applies
  • Easy to reschedule to next available batch

3.2 Classroom Training

  • Subject to venue and instructor availability
  • Limited batch dates (typically quarterly)
  • Recommend 14+ days notice for guaranteed alternative
  • May require location change if local batch unavailable
  • Option to switch to virtual training at no extra cost

3.3 Corporate Group Training

  • Governed by corporate agreement
  • Typically requires 30 days notice
  • May involve additional logistics and venue fees
  • Consult your corporate agreement

3.4 One-on-One Coaching

  • 48-hour notice required for session rescheduling
  • First 2 reschedules per package: Free
  • Additional reschedules: USD 25 / AED 90 / INR 2,000 per session
  • Less than 48-hour notice: Session forfeited (no refund or reschedule)

4. How to Reschedule

4.1 Rescheduling Process

  1. Check Available Dates:
    • Visit our website course schedule
    • Or email info@mindclickconsulting.com for availability
  2. Submit Request:
    • Email: info@mindclickconsulting.com
    • Subject: Rescheduling Request - [Your Name] - [Course Name]
    • Include: Order ID, Original date, Preferred new date(s)
  3. Confirmation: We respond within 2 business days with availability
  4. Payment (if applicable): Pay rescheduling fee if required
  5. New Enrollment: Receive confirmation for new batch

4.2 Required Information

  • Full name and email address
  • Original order ID / Invoice number
  • Current course name and scheduled date
  • Preferred new date(s) - provide 2-3 alternatives
  • Reason for rescheduling (optional but helpful)

5. Rescheduling Restrictions

5.1 Time Limits

  • Must reschedule within 6 months of original course date
  • Extensions beyond 6 months require management approval
  • After 6 months, enrollment may be forfeited

5.2 Course Changes

  • Can only reschedule to same course
  • Cannot change to different course or level without new enrollment
  • Exception: Upgrading (e.g., Basic to Advanced) with price difference payment

5.3 Batch Availability

  • Subject to seat availability in new batch
  • Popular courses may have limited dates
  • We reserve the right to waitlist if batch is full
  • Alternative dates will be offered if first choice unavailable

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Medical Emergency

In case of documented medical emergency:

  • No rescheduling fee
  • Submit medical certificate / doctor's note
  • Allowed even with less than 48-hour notice
  • Valid for up to 1 year from original date
  • Does not count toward rescheduling limit

6.2 Instructor/Venue Changes by MindClick

If we make changes to instructor, venue, or schedule:

  • Free rescheduling to any future batch
  • OR Full refund if you prefer
  • Notification provided at least 48 hours in advance

6.3 Technical Issues

For live virtual training technical problems on our end:

  • Free rescheduling if we cannot resolve within 2 hours
  • Make-up session at no extra charge
  • Full refund option if technical issues persist

7. Rescheduling vs. Refund

When to Choose Rescheduling:

  • ✓ You still want to take the course, just at a different time
  • ✓ You have short notice (less than 14 days)
  • ✓ You want to avoid refund processing fees
  • ✓ You prefer flexibility over immediate refund

When to Choose Refund:

  • ✓ You no longer need the certification
  • ✓ You have 14+ days before course start
  • ✓ You prefer cash back over course credit
  • ✓ You don't foresee taking the course in next 6 months

8. Regional Considerations

8.1 United States

  • Multiple time zones: Specify timezone when requesting new date
  • Virtual training available across all US time zones
  • Classroom training: San Francisco location

8.2 UAE

  • Consider Ramadan and public holidays when rescheduling
  • Weekend classes available (Friday-Saturday)
  • Classroom training: Dubai location

8.3 India

  • Consider festival dates when rescheduling
  • Multiple batch options due to high demand
  • Classroom training: Bangalore location

9. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I reschedule to a different location?

A: Yes, you can reschedule to any of our locations (Dubai, San Francisco, Bangalore) or switch to virtual training, subject to availability.

Q: What if there are no available dates within 6 months?

A: Contact us to discuss options. We may extend the 6-month window or offer an alternative course.

Q: Can I transfer my enrollment to another person?

A: Yes, enrollment transfers are allowed for a USD 50 / AED 180 / INR 4,000 administrative fee. Both parties must provide written consent.

Q: Does rescheduling affect my exam voucher validity?

A: Exam vouchers typically remain valid for 1 year from issue date. Rescheduling the course doesn't extend voucher validity.

Q: Can I reschedule if I've already attended one session?

A: Generally no. However, in special circumstances (medical emergency), contact us to discuss pro-rata credit toward a future course.
