THE BIG PICTURE

About this course

ITIL 4 Managing Professional is a designation awarded by PeopleCert that recognises practical capability across the CDS, DSV, HVIT and DPI modules of ITIL 4. Across 10 days you work through the core content of all four modules with scenario-based workshops, templates and tools. You will map value streams, design stakeholder journeys and agreements, plan continual improvement, and explore high-velocity ways of working with guided labs. Earning the designation requires passing four module exams (CDS, DSV, HVIT and DPI). Each module exam has 40 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, closed book, and a pass mark of 70% (28/40). Exams are delivered online with remote proctoring through PeopleCert or at approved test centres, and certificates are valid for three years before renewal. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
