THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) is a professional credential awarded by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) for analysts working in agile contexts. Across three days, you will apply the Agile Extension to the BABOK Guide v2 to real scenarios: aligning strategy, shaping initiatives, and enabling delivery. You will practise backlog-centred analysis, value slicing, definition of ready/done, metrics, and collaboration techniques. Activities include facilitated discussions, group mapping, and hands-on exercises using your own or sample product backlogs. The IIBA-AAC exam assesses your ability to apply agile analysis concepts across the Strategy, Initiative and Delivery horizons and an agile mindset. There are no formal prerequisites, and the certification must be renewed on a three-year cycle with Continuing Development Units via IIBA. The exam is delivered online with remote proctoring through IIBA’s exam provider. International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
