THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Earned Value certification demonstrates the ability to apply Earned Value Management to plan, measure and control project performance. It is awarded by APMG International at Foundation and Practitioner levels. Across three days you cover the EVM lifecycle: building a Performance Measurement Baseline, defining WBS/OBS/CBS and control accounts, measuring progress, calculating key indices, analysing variances, forecasting outcomes and reporting. You will work through realistic datasets in spreadsheets, interpret management information, and discuss governance and tailoring. Assessment is by exams set and administered by APMG International at Foundation and Practitioner levels. You can sit the exams after the course or by self‑study; this class includes exam preparation activities and a timed mock. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
