THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification validates the knowledge and skills of Scrum Masters working in a scaled environment. It is awarded by Scaled Agile, Inc., the organisation behind the Scaled Agile Framework. Across four days, you will explore the Scrum Master role in a multi-team setting, from team events and flow to cross-team coordination, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and coaching. You will work through simulations, facilitated exercises, and peer reviews, applying tools such as Kanban for flow, ROAM for risks, team PI Objectives, and improvement experiments. The certification exam is provided by Scaled Agile after completing an authorised SAFe Scrum Master course. It is an online, closed‑book exam with 45 multiple‑choice questions in 90 minutes, and a passing score of 73%. The certification renews annually via SAFe Community membership. Scaled Agile, Inc. owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
