THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
The Facilitation certification is awarded by APMG International and recognises the ability to design, lead, and follow up effective workshops and meetings. It is available at Foundation and Practitioner levels for people who facilitate discussions, decisions, and collaboration. Across three days you will cover the facilitator role, a repeatable facilitation process, planning and agenda design, tools for divergence and convergence, and approaches to group dynamics and conflict. You will apply techniques through role‑plays, case exercises, and peer feedback, and leave with templates you can use at work. Exams for this certification are taken at Foundation and Practitioner levels. You can book exams through APMG International or via an APMG Accredited Training Organisation. The course includes exam practice, a timed mock exam, and guidance on booking your chosen exam. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
