THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Agile Digital Services (AgileDS) is a guidance and certification scheme for designing and delivering digital services using agile ways of working. It is awarded by APMG International, with guidance authored by the Agile Business Consortium. Across three days you explore the AgileDS principles, roles, governance and the end-to-end digital service lifecycle. You work through discovery, alpha, beta and live activities, practise techniques such as user research, personas, backlogs and prioritisation, and apply planning, estimation, risk and measurement to a realistic service scenario. Two exams are available: Foundation checks core concepts and terminology; Practitioner assesses application using scenario-based questions. Exams are arranged through APMG International or an APMG Accredited Training Organisation; you can sit them after the course when ready. APMG International owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
