THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Management of Risk (M_o_R) is a framework for managing risk across portfolios, programmes, projects, and operational work. The certification is awarded by PeopleCert. Over three days you work through M_o_R principles, approach, and the end‑to‑end process, then focus on embedding and reviewing risk management. You will analyse case studies, draft risk artefacts, and practise with instructor‑guided activities that connect the guidance to your role. M_o_R certification is available at two levels: Foundation and Practitioner. The exams are administered by PeopleCert. Foundation has no formal prerequisite; Practitioner requires a current M_o_R Foundation pass. Exams can be taken as online proctored or at an approved test centre. PeopleCert owns the certification scheme. MindClick provides training and exam preparation and is not an accredited or authorised partner.
