About this course
ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) is a knowledge-based certification awarded by ICAgile. It recognises understanding and application of the agile coaching mindset, professional coaching skills, facilitation, mentoring, teaching, and team coaching within an agile context. Across two days (09:00–17:30), you will explore coaching stance and ethical boundaries, facilitation and group learning, conflict navigation, team development, and how to design a coaching engagement. You will work with real scenarios, role‑play coaching conversations, and co‑design agreements and workshop plans with feedback. ICP-ACC is not obtained by a standalone exam. ICAgile grants the certification when you complete an ICAgile‑accredited ICP‑ACC course with an authorised instructor who verifies the required learning outcomes; certificates currently do not expire. Put it into practice
In teams, design a lightweight coaching engagement for a chosen team, including an alliance, a 4‑week plan, and one facilitated workshop agenda. Present the plan and receive peer critique focused on ethics and feasibility.

How long is the course?
2 days, 16 contact hours, normally 09:00 to 17:30 with breaks. The agenda follows the exam domains and the final day includes a mock exam.
Is the exam included?
Yes. Outside India the fee includes one certification exam attempt. Retakes are booked and paid directly with the awarding body. Certification is granted by ICAgile upon successful completion of an ICAgile-accredited ICP-ACC course with an authorised instructor; there is no standalone exam voucher.
