THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
PRINCE2 is a structured project management method with two certification levels: Foundation and Practitioner. The certifications are awarded by PeopleCert. Sessions mix concise input with hands-on tasks, reviews of management products and scenario-based question practice. The certification path involves two separate exams: Foundation followed by Practitioner. Exams are delivered by PeopleCert, and successful candidates receive a digital certificate from PeopleCert.
