The Artificial Intelligence Framework for Transformation (AIFT) certification recognises the capability to plan and govern AI-enabled change across an organisation. It is awarded by APMG International. Across three days, the course explores the framework end-to-end: strategy and value alignment, governance and ethics, data and technical readiness, operating model design, prioritisation, delivery and change, and measurement. Learners work with case studies and create practical artefacts including a use‑case canvas, a risk and controls register, and an adoption roadmap. The certification is assessed by an APMG International exam. The course provides structured revision, a mock exam, and guidance on registering for the live exam with the awarding body.
