About this course
Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM) applies behavioural science to improve performance and achieve measurable results. The OBM Foundation and Practitioner certifications are awarded by APMG International. Over three days you will work through the core OBM syllabus: pinpointing results and behaviours, ABC analysis, measurement and graphing, functional assessment, intervention design, reinforcement and feedback, and sustaining change. Hands-on labs use realistic scenarios to create measurement plans, run ABC analyses, and draft intervention and reinforcement plans, supported by templates and worked examples. The Foundation certification is achieved by passing an APMG-set examination. Exams are scheduled and administered by APMG International and APMG Accredited Training Organisations; registration is separate from this course. The course includes exam-style questions, a timed mock exam, and guidance on next steps. APMG International owns the certification scheme.
