WISP® (Working in Small Projects)
Not all projects require a detailed, complex methodology or framework!
THE BIG PICTURE
About this course
Not all projects require a detailed, complex methodology or framework! The WISP® (Working in Small Projects) guidance has been specifically developed as a framework for small and non-complex projects and change initiatives. Guided by four stages and seven principles, the guidance addresses the key stages of a project and has been written in simple and clear language. This makes it easy to understand and follow, particularly for individuals where project management is not their main profession. Contact MindClick for the delivery format, teaching language, instructor profile, duration, dates, and a written fee proposal. APMG International owns the certification schemes referenced here and accredits its own Training Organizations. This listing describes training and study support, not an official APMG course or a claim of APMG Accredited Training Organization status. Exams are booked through APMG or an accredited training organization.
