It draws inspiration from established methodologies such as PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2®. Initially intended for use exclusively within the EU, it has gained widespread popularity and adoption. The PM² official guide is freely available on the European Commission website and is a lean introduction to this methodology. Obtaining the PM² Foundation Certification could significantly enhance your comprehension of Project Management, managing projects, routine project tasks and lead to career advancements. Considering that PM² is the official Project Management methodology of the EC and the preferred approach for managing EU funded projects, there is a great demand for PM² certified professionals.
