About this course
Change Ninja is a neuroscience-based, people-focused change management approach designed to complement and support any existing methodology, framework, or process. Developed in collaboration with Professor Eddie Obeng, it offers practical, human-centred tools to help individuals and teams navigate change more effectively. Training is delivered through a flexible online format—either via a virtual classroom or self-study using the Change Ninja Handbook. The programme consists of four two-hour modules, typically completed over four weeks.
